The Billie Jean Team kindly asks that you provide 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel your appointment.
Cancellations and no-shows leave gaps in our schedules that cannot be filled at short notice. A cancellation charge may apply.

Billie Jean Hair bundles are purchased in advance. We recommend to book ahead (bundles have a 6 month expiry).

Our packages are priced for specific stylists and reflect the educational level of the colourist/stylist.

Colour Change and Correction Consultation

The Billie Jean Team is committed to bringing your hairytale to life. To ensure this, we request you book in a complimentary consultation before any major colour change or colour correction service. During this consultation we evaluate your hair’s condition and requirements before advising on how we can achieve your happily ever after.
